The guest provides their name, mobile number, email and identification. An Emirates ID or passport is uploaded and stored against their profile for future use.

Standard bookings are confirmed instantly. Bookings that need approval are routed to the right person, with a full record of who approved what.

Every guest in a group booking receives their own QR code, so check-in and access are tracked per person, not per booking.

The guest presents their QR code at the entrance. The system validates it against the booking, confirms the time window and grants access. Every entry and exit during the session is logged.
