Q: Can I download and use buzzin even if my residence has not yet subscribed to buzzin services?

A: Of Course you can. You can download the buzzin app and enjoy convenient access to your family and friends’ premises who have buzzin solution. However you will not be able to use “invite a guest” feature. Your property manager should subscribe to our services and assign a unit to you so that you have this feature enabled.

Q: Is my data safe?

A: At buzzin, we take data privacy very serious. We are GDPR compliant and we make sure that your data is safe, not transferred to any third party and not misused in any way. Please refer to our data privacy policy for more details.

Q: Can I have multiple units registered under one account?

A: Yes. You can add more than one unit such as Home and Work registered to your account. You can switch between them by selecting “active unit” in your app.

Q: Do I have to be connected to the internet for my app to function?

A: Yes, most of the functions require internet access, unless you have received a QR-code from a host.

Q: I received SMS from my property manager to notify me that a unit number has been linked to my account. What shall I do now?

A: Download the app from the link you received in the same message, upon registration you will receive a confirmation that your account is linked to that specific unit number. Press accept and continue your registration.

Q: Is there any down payment or deployment cost for the solution?

A: No, buzzin solution is subscription based, you only pay as long as you are using the service without any upfront capex payment. All you need is a decent android tablet with 8MB camera which can be provided by us. Buzzin shall provide you with all the accessories and required stand.

Q: Is there a minimum subscription number?

A: Yes, the minimum number of subscribed users is 100.

Q: What do you mean by number of hosts ?

A: Number of hosts is the number of flats in a tower, number of villas in a community or number of students in a school.

Q: Can I have multiple accounts or users linked to one unit number in a tower or office? And are these considered hosts?

A: Yes, you can have up to 5 accounts linked to one unit, so that the entire family or office can enjoy the buzzin services. Since they are all linked to one unit number, they will be considered one host.

Q: As a property manager, how do I access the premises register?

A: You will be given access to an online admin dashboard, where you have access to the logs, and many different statistics that will help you in decision making.

Q: I don’t have internet in my reception area, can I still use buzzin?

A: Yes, our tablets have 4G connectivity. If you don’t have a stable Wi-Fi connection at your reception area, our tablets will use 4G bandwidth to connect to the cloud.

Q: Will I need to give you access to my datacenter ? will you be deploying any server onsite?

A: No, buzzin solution is completely cloud based, and therefore we will not need to access your datacenter nor deploy any server onsite.
